Application Process

  • Complete the Application for Admission in it's entirety and return to EWCNM. It must include:
    • a recent passport photo of the applicant
    • a 300-500 word personal essay.
    • Payment of the non-refundable application fee. The fee is $100.00 for new students and $150.00 for Transfer, Re-entry and International sudents is $150.00.
  • The following items must be requested by the applicant to be sent directly to EWCNM
    • Complete, official transcripts mailed directly to EWCNM from all colleges, universities and post secondary institutions previously attended.
    • Two recommendations from current/past employers, teachers or other professionals qualified to describe your ability to perform in a professional environment and to study successfully at the Masters level. Prospective students should print two copies of the "Recommendation Form", complete the students section and then give the form to the reference to complete and return to EWCNM.
    • Copy of a current driver’s license or birth certificate as proof of identification.

Personal Interviews

Prospective students must participate in an interview with the Administrative Department and a second interview with the Academic Department. Out-of-state prospective students may conduct these interviews by phone.

Acceptance

The completed application package, relevant transcripts, academic record, and interviews will be reviewed by the EWCNM Admissions Committee to determine final eligibility and acceptance. These items must be received two weeks prior to the start of classes. A prospective student may be accepted for admission to the program anytime prior to the first day of class. All students will receive a written letter of acceptance from the College.

Official Enrollment in the College

Upon receipt of the acceptance letter, all prospective students wishing to enroll are required to sign the enclosed enrollment form and return it with a $250 non-refundable deposit. This non-refundable deposit will be applied to the first term tuition and guarantees the student placement in the class. It is the student’s responsibility to respond if they intend to enroll.
