As space allows, a limited number of applicants may be admitted to the
EWCNM program as part-time students. They must meet all EWCNM admission
requirements and course prerequisites for enrollment in the program. In
addition, a part-time student on Federal Financial Aid must be enrolled
at least half-time (10 Credits) each semester unless the student has
fewer credits remaining to complete the program or is making-up
previously failed or missed courses. Part-time students receiving
Federal Financial Aid must complete the program within sixty (60)
months. All other part-time students must complete the program within
seventy-two (72) months. Since the curriculum has been designed as a
coordinated whole, courses must be taken in an established sequence and
in specified combinations. A part-time student may still attend classes
three or four days, or evenings each week, but for fewer hours than
full-time students. Tuition for part time students is calculated on the
number of credits per semester for which a student is enrolled.
Graduation requirements may change over time in response to meet new
national accreditation standards and other factors. Therefore,
part-time students are required to meet the graduation requirements in
effect at the date of their graduation.
